It may not be politically correct for some, but with our nation in the condition that it is in, we could all use some Godly intervention!

This is a cool mod for increased ground clearance in the snow for my 2000 rs work car. I was told by a mechanic at PIA in tacoma washington that the forester suspension also works and gives about 2 inches of lift. I’ll have to research the diff between the outback suspension mod vs the forester for length and installation. Thank’s for the writeup it’s got me motivated to do mine now.

I agree. Jeep Safari is fun for all budgets and rides. You would be amazed at what your rig can do on the slick rock – but listen and watch your spotter! There’s a lot of rigs to gawk at, but most don’t get off the pavement.

Plus, if you’re really trying to pinch pennies, you can camp in the desert, on certain BLM land for free! That’s really pushing it, but I went all week in the desert.
Don’t forget, jeep safari happens on the same week all national parks are open for free – no entrance fees. But everyone should talk to the park rangers and visitors centers for more information about wheeling, camping, and even where to walk.
