Bear Taylor

Hello, the name is Bear Taylor. I've been a sales associate at the 4 Wheel Parts performance center in Salt Lake City, Utah for the better part of the last 3 years. I am really lucky to work at the closest 4 Wheel Parts to Moab, Utah – the 4 wheel drive Mecca of the world.

I have been involved in the off-roading world since before I had my driver's license. I started out driving Granddad's Jeeps around the hayfields at 8. Then I learned how to use the 4wheel drive in Dad's old Ford while hunting, and finally got my first 4x4 when I was 17 – a 1963 IH Scout 80. I developed a twisted sickness owning a Scout. I've had 3 others since then, and I'm currently building a 1968 Scout 800 into an Expedition/Family wheeler.

I am also heavily involved in the local Land Use front. I am the founder and President of the Dirt Hedz Off-Road Club and have served as the President, Vice President, and current board member for the Utah 4 Wheel Drive Association.
